Here at DUHEE, we have a state-of-the-art in-house Tool & Die Manufacturing facility where through the means of precise computer-aided technologies, we design and engineer dies for our clients’ orders. The facility is also equipped with experienced technocrat staff & bleeding- edge software which helps us to recognize errors before we try to run it on our machines through our constantly improving offline tooling process. It also helps us streamline our mass production process and helps us produce goods in a timely and effective manner. DUHEE makes use of our inhouse 3 Axis and 4 Axis, high precision CNC machines that are of brands that are universally acknowledged for their precision, and outsources its’ EDM, wire cut, and high-speed machines to find the optimum solution for our clients. Our highly developed and fully equipped automated tool and die making infrastructure ensures efficient and hassle-free product development for DUHEE and our clients.
