Programs Under Development

DUHEE is currently in the advanced stage of planning to manufacture warm forge precision parts then Synchrocones and Synchro Rings, we plan to achieve this feat through precision forging and cold sizing. The Machines Induction Heater, ET press, and the Hydraulic Forming Press have been successfully installed at our plant and the trial run has also been successfully completed. The process designs have also been finalized already and production is anticipated to begin by late 2023.
We are also currently planning to install RHF for press Quenching and Tempering and an Induction Hardening furnace.
