Bearing Races

Bearing races can be provided as both Machined Green Rings or Hard Turned Rings depending on customer requirements for all applications. These products are formed via highly- efficient 100% temperature controlled SCADA induction bar/billet heaters, accept/reject/rework flapper mechanism, and hot forge press and ring rolling processing.

A wide range of sizes and shapes are available. We carry the material grade as SAE 52100, 100Cr6, ASTM 485-2, 8219, 8319, 4319, EN 355, 3311, A 485-1, 20MC5, namely as INNER, OUTER, LSB, CUP, CONE, CRB, DGBB & TRB.
