The "V" band Rings, Sleeves, and Flanges are one of the earliest products of DUHEE, and today we offer a wide range of solutions for emission industries through our warm/Hot Forge ET press lines through Hot forge / Ring rolling line and our direct machining route. DUHEE is one of the forerunners in India to develop "V" band rings through the Hot Forge / Ring rolling route, which is then followed by seamless rings undergoing splitting and machining against traditional butt welded or stamping routes.
DUHEE’s state-of-the-art production process is certified by & actively engaged with market-leading Exhaust and Emission OEM manufacturers all over the world since 2010. DUHEE is capable to process 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation stainless steel grades like SS 410, 409Ti, SS 304, SS309Ti, SS310, 1.4713, 1.4828, 1.4301, 1.4510, AlSl439, GBOCr18Ni9 and more.
